Chaffee People’s Clinic is a non-profit community-supported health clinic for uninsured patients in Chaffee County. We have clinic sites in Salida and Buena Vista, Colorado.
Mission
To provide health care services to uninsured persons of modest means living or working in Chaffee County and maximize access to quality health care.
We also work to increase communication and coordination with the local healthcare community, and to educate and increase public and patient awareness of preventative care, available healthcare services, and resources.

Vision
Our ultimate goal is to significantly improve the overall health status of Chaffee County’s population: We strive to provide an important safety net for a targeted priority clientele. We work to reduce barriers to all health care through accessible clinics and hours, and by providing outreach services. We provide referrals through which you can obtain quality specialized or other health care.
We believe healthcare is a basic human right for all people.
